I’m Going to Make $1,000 This Month
It’s my first 4-digit month on Medium

The money is just rolling in this month! For the first time ever on Medium, I’m going to see 4 digits on my partner program payout. That means that enough people have enjoyed my writing to earn me $1,000…and maybe more!
I’m not going to say that it’s easy — it requires a lot of hard work and sacrifice. I’ve lost plants, worn out my fingers from typing, burned through at least two keyboards, and been woken up by hungry cats more often than I can count. But it’s worth it. This month alone is going to absolutely make my bank account happier than it’s ever been.
I’m going to roll in money like Scrooge McDuck and make it rain at parties with all of my rich writing friends.
Who knows? Maybe I’ll even write a book or sell a course about how you too can earn four figures on Medium.
Oh…wait…there’s something I need to tell you.
That’s $1,000 total.
Over 200 stories.
More than 42 months of writing.
Who knows how many words.
Medium is not a get rich quick scheme.
Don’t make it your primary source of income without a lot of work and at least one solid backup plan in place.
And don’t be fooled by people who claim to be making tens of thousands of dollars here…most of them are lying.
